Main Purpose of Job :
Production
Supervisor is the person who helps Production Manager in managing the
production’s operation and to ensure the production can run smoothly as
per planning. Responsible for manpower arrangement, training, quality
and quantity of the output
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop production employees to achieve established goals of safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality and cost
- Develop and implement continuous improvement within department employees performance through regular feedback, coaching and training
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring, progress, resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
- Participate in controlling the production budget
- Review analyze and make recommendations regarding safety, environmental performance, quality, expenses, productivity and customer feedback
- Have the knowledge about ROHs, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 14001 & Green Manufacturing Programs
- Analysis and monitoring line reject, discuss and contact with QC if any quality problem
- Able to conduct training for the subordinate
Requirements:
To succeed in this job role, the incumbent should possess:
- Degree / Diploma from reputable university
- At least 3 years’ experiences preferably in Manufacturing
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel and Word
- Have strong leadership character, motivated person, and able to work independent & under pressure
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Indonesia
