Dalam rangka mengoptimalkan pengelolaan dana bergulir, Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM membentuk Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (LPDB-KUMKM) yang bertugas melaksanakan pengelolaan dana bergulir untuk pembiayaan KUMKM antara lain berupa pinjaman dan bentuk pembiayaan lainnya yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan KUMKM, dimana ketentuan mengenai kriteria KUMKM di tetapkan oleh LPDB-KUMKM.
Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (LPDB-KUMKM) membutuhkan 10 orang pegawai BLU dengan status Non PNS yang akan direkrut dari Putera dan Puteri terbaik Indonesia yang memiliki idealisme, jujur dan berdedikasi tinggi untuk duduk dalam beberapa posisi dengan kriteria sebagai berikut :

 A.     KRITERIA UMUM
    1. Pendidikan Minimal S1
    2. IPK minimal 2,50 untuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri dan 2,75 untuk Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (Skala 4.00).
    3. Memiliki integritas, jujur dan dedikasi tinggi;
    4. Berpengalaman kerja minimal 2 (dua) tahun bagi calon yang direkrut dari eksternal LPDB-KUMKM;
    5. Diutamakan mampu berbahasa Inggris (lisan/tulisan);

      1. Memahami konsep dan mekanisme dalam penyaluran dana kredit serta pinjaman/pembiayaan;
      2. Diutamakan memiliki latar belakang pendidikan dibidang ekonomi atau teknik;
      3. Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun bekerja dengan target individual.
    2. Staf Manajemen Risiko
      1. Diutamakan memiliki latar belakang pendidikan dibidang ekonomi;
      2. Memiliki pemahaman mengenai aspek-aspek keuangan konvensional dan aspek-aspek keuangan syariah.
      3. Memahami konsep Risk Management dan penerapannya;
    3. Staf Monitoring dan Evaluasi
      1. Diutamakan memiliki latar belakang pendidikan dibidang ekonomi atau teknik;
      2. Memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun dan mengambil tindakan yang berkaitan dengan pengawasan, monitoring dan evaluasi.
      3. Memiliki kemampuan dalam analisis data;
      4. Memahami konsep Risk Management dan penerapannya.
    4. Staf Akuntansi dan Pelaporan
      1. Diutamakan memiliki latar belakang pendidikan dibidang ekonomi;
      2. Memiliki kemampuan dalam perencanaan keuangan; dan
      3. Memiliki pemahaman yang baik terkait ketentuan pajak (diutamakan bersertifikat Brevet A dan B).
    5. Staf Hukum
      1. Memiliki kemampuan dan pengetahuan dalam menganalisa suatu persoalan/kasus hukum.
      2. Diutamakan memiliki latar belakang pendidikan dibidang hukum.
    6. Staf Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi
      1. Diutamakan memiliki latar belakang pendidikan di bidang Komputer
      2. Dapat memahami bisnis proses dengan baik / Mengerti konsep Firewall; dan
      3. Memahami konsep pengembangan aplikasi sistem informasi / konsep portokol TCP/IP;
      4. Memahami konsep database.
