IR Officer - SMOE Indoensia - Batam

We serve worldwide oil and gas clients by providing services in engineering procurement, construction, transportation, instalation and commisioning. All SMOE, offshore platforms, modules, jackets and FPSOs are our bussines. We are seeking qualified, high integrity and energic person to fulfill the following position :



IR Officer

• Male
• At last graduated from S1 Law, Management
• Having Knowledge in HR Deparment & Indutrial Relation, exp. min 2 years
• Ready for challenge and strong motivation
• Able to work in team and under pressure
• Good personality, positive attitude and team player

Key Responsibilities :

• Instill Good HR administrative governance, in line with company policies and procedures, to ensure operational efficiency in terms of HR System, processes, administration and Day to Day HR Practice which includes but is not limited to data capturing on HRM system and reporting.
• Instill a positive labor relation environtment by proactively keeping employees informed and trained regarding IR, advising Line Management with regard to HR policies and Procedure and ensuring consistent application of all internal IR matters.
• Assist with the management of the employee wellbeing program through providing support to employees and channeling their problems to the applicable employee well-being programmers.
• Facilitating the achievement of employment Equity initiatives in line with company Equity Strategy.
• Efficiently  managing conditions of service and ensuring compliance with legislation.

Support Direct Supervisor for administrative an matter which include Drafting Letters, files management and legal  research.

General Requirement :

• Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application
