JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  1. Membuat perencanaan mengenai kebutuhan karyawan perusahaan.
  2. Bertanggung jawab atas perekrutan, penyeleksian dan proses penerimaan karyawan.
  3. Bertanggung jawab terhadap kontrak kerja karyawan.
  4. Bertanggung jawab terhadap penilaian kerja karyawan secara berkala dengan metode KPI.
  5. Bertanggung jawab terhadap rekap absensi karyawan, baik secara mingguan atau pun bulanan untuk perhitungan gaji.
  6. Mampu menyusun SOP di bidang personalia.
  7. Mengatur administrasi kepegawaian (absensi, cuti, penempatan karyawan, mutasi, dst).
  8. Memonitor, mengurus, serta mengkoordinir inventaris perusahaan.
  9. Berhubungan dan menangani hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan Dinas maupun instansi terkait lainnya.

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Menguasai UU Ketenagakerjaan, KPI, dan ISO.
  2. Menguasai basic computer, tes psikologi, dan administrasi karyawan.
  3. Minimal pendidikan S1 Psikologi atau hukum atau Human Resource Management/ SDM.
  4. Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di posisi yang sama.
  5. Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office dengan lancar.
  6. Memiliki integritas, loyalitas, bertanggung jawab, dan ketelitian tinggi.
  7. Dicari staff yang berdomisili di Batam.

SNR. TEST ENGINEER/TEST ENGINEER (STE)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Asst. Test Engineering, senior/technician
  • Technical and technology application enhancement
  • Technical report generation
  • Low yield verification and test system maintenance and improvement test system and golden sample inventory of management and control
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of PCBA Test Engineering experience or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience leading a technical team composed of Asst. Engineer & technicians
  • At least 2 years experience in test system maintenance, troubleshooting, low yield verification and PCBA component and board level debug
  • Experience in dealing off board programmers
  • Experience in PCBA failure analysis
  • Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English

  • Special skill: Effective use of problem solving techniques ( PFMEA,SPC,MSA), test                         program troubleshooting skill, innovative and creative
