Special Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Human/Psychology/Law (1), Mechanical/Metallurgy/Industrial Engineering Degree (2) from reputable university, Senior High School or Technical School majoring Mechanical (3-5)
- Understand payroll, training, recruitment, IR, T&D, C&B, KPI and expat permit handling (1)
- Must understand the Indonesia labor & income Tax (PPh21) Regulation (1)
- Experience in the welding, painting, assembling and CNC Machining process will be more advantage (2)
- Must understand to use SAP Payroll or other payroll software (1)
- Good knowledge of tooling and machining process specializing in welding industry & preferable process welding certificate and familiar with AutoCAD (2)
- Able to read program, Operate CNC machine and able to set up component & tooling accurately will be advantage (3)
- Able to travel cocasionally, coordinate and liaise across departments , locations and countries (1)
- Capable of using dimensional measuring instrument & hardness testing equipment (4)
- Posses a forklift operator certificate will be more advantage (5)
- Preferable have exeriencein Quality Control Inspector (4)
- Experience in the same field and position min 5 years (1), 3 years (2-5)
- Understand static or methematic is preferable (5)

General Requirements:
- Preferable understand SAP Payroll; ISO, OHSAS & Six Sigma is plus
- Familiar with ISO 9000/2001, API certification, Six Sigma system will be advantage
- Must be to communicate in English both oral & written across departments and levels
- Discretion, good judgement, initiative, attitude, integrity, loyal and positive thinking
- Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook)
