KSDI is a seamissly integrated one-stop solutions provider for customer from the oil & gas, marin & offshore, petrochemical, green energy, mining and other industries. We are currently looking to fill the following position :

ASSITENT HR & GA MANAGER (AHR)

The Job :

• Responsible for the office administration, human resources, and general maintanance activities to support the bussines operations.
• Training plan, preparing job description and ensuring complaince of regulatory requirements, by various relevant authorise.
• Recruitment, job orientation and training new employee, coordination of emplyee's assement and evaluation
• Oversea a team of administration personal on the daily activities and responsibilities.
• Employee's welfare, records, career, development and job enhancerment.
• Prepare administration and maintain company salary structure, process payroll, monthly annual budget, and report consolidation for HR Country.
• Provide advice, assitance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation and Others GA Jobs.

Requirement :

• Education Min Degree, minimum 2 years working experience as same position.
• Understand of Industri Realtion, manpower Regulation and implementation, HRIS and Development for AHR.
